Servatur Alameda de Jandía

We have just returned from 17 nights at this hotel. We think it was a super hotel to stay in. The location was ideally located in the middle between the shopping centre and the old town and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The self catering apartment was large and very clean. The balcony had a lovely sea view and the seats on the balcony were some of most comfortable ones we have had even in a hotel with a higher star rating. The bedding and towels were changed every 3 days. The cleaners were lovely always smiling. The reception staff were very pleasant always spoke when you walked by. Can I give a special mention to Simon who replied to an email request I made to the hotel before we arrived and who checked us in on arrival, he is a credit to the hotel. The only thing I feel the hotel could improve on is that it would have been nice if the bar had been open in the afternoon so that we could have had a drink and sat on the outside patio. We will certainly return to Jandia and this hotel
