Check-in hours are between 16:00 and 18:00. Check-in outside these times, or on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, carries a surcharge of EUR 30.

Once a booking has been made, the property manager will contact the guest directly to provide the address and key collection details. Please inform Bennecke Arina in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
