Hostal Puerto Beach

I stayed in hostal Puerto Beach (actually as far as I understood it had other name before "Hostal Iris") so don't be surprised -you will find different names in the hostal "menu" and visit cards,etc because I work on the ship and the company found for the crew cheap place next to the port to stay while coming to Motril to rest as there are no cabins available onboard. Anyway the hostal is relatively easy to find - you just go out from the port and cross the road. It has cheap prices starting from 22 and up to 65 EURO depending on the season and type of room, it's clean inside, but some things especially door key lockers need reparation , bathrooms in some rooms still not in the best condition, etc. But as we all know it's the people who make a difference. The owners are very helpful, nice, polite, friendly and concerned about the problems and questions you might have. As well the food is just great, everything I tasted was fresh and delicious. So recommended for all people looking for a cheap hostal next to the port waiting for ship to come or those who want to go to the beach ( beach is very near as well) to get to the city centre takes 20 minutes and there is a bus stop nearby.
