Old, noisy, and expensive locations for what this Hostel offers. Unrefurbished rooms overlooking courtyards. Better to avoid it especially at the price they charge, if you ask me. Maybe they save the mattresses, where they can sleep. Little more can I say -

It is a hostel disguised as a rather cozy, dirty, noisy hotel next to the bottle area and very old.The photos on their website do not match the majority of rooms.In the rooms you hear everything.

The central and staff are friendly. They give you maps and directions. When checking you are offered the upper room with a 25€ increase, if you see that they have renovated the first floor but the rest of the rooms are old. Mine, clean but very old. The hotel is very well located very close to the center of Mérida. The lower part is completely renovated, it's a shame that the rest of the hotel is not, because it would sell great. The room was old but very clean. What I didn't like about anything is that the wifi doesn't reach all the floors, when you stay overnight in a hotel for work and see that the wifi advertises the normal is that it reaches all the corners of the hotel with power. In my case, the mobile phone connected me with difficulty and the computer did nothing.

Nice staff. Large, clean family room to spend a night out. Another positive aspect is that it is very close to the center and it is possible to park near the hotel outside the time zone. The worst part is the lack of hotel maintenance, everything is quite old and the decoration is antiquated so it does not invite to spend time in the room.

Unpleasant and unhelpful desk manager when we arrived with a booking problem. No attempt to offer any help or concessions. Free parking would have been available with my failed booking had we been there. He could not bring himself to offer even that.
