Situated right by the river in this rural town is the Hostal Rio .Family run with Ricardo Sr and Jr there most days nights to look after things with Ricardo Sr helping out in English too .Our room was simply decorated, comfortable , clean and had a great view of the river with a large terrace .Room was cleaned daily with fresh linen and towels , wifi was the fastest and least troublesome on our entire 4 weeks in Spain and everything worked fine.The restaurant serves simple tasty home cooked food/tapas with a great value menu del dia for 9 euros / 3 courses.There is an outdoor bar across the road open in the evenings by the river .A charming and very friendly place to stay .
