This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. Please note that late check-in carries the following extra charges: - From 22:00 to 00:00, EUR 50; - From 00:00 to 2:30, EUR 100. When travelling with pets, please note that only one pet with a maximum weight of 20 kg is allowed.
