We spent a really lovely overnight stay in this quaint, beautifully maintained, clean B&B. 
Despite us not speaking Spanish and The Owners English being very limited, we had no trouble understanding or being understood. There is parking on a wide street right outside the door - what a bonus that is!!! - and the town square is easily reached by foot over the ancient cobbles. 
The breakfast was just lovely - home made jams and marmalade, proper butter (yesss!!), freshly squeezed orange juice and the Divine Cordelia to serve us!!  What a delight and a privilege to have met such wonderful people. Thank you

We stayed here last night in the ground floor room opening up onto a patio where we had breakfast. Isabel could not have been more accommodating, especially as we had our two dogs with us. Would highly recommend this little oasis In a delightful town. We spent the evening in the town square, eating tapas and drinking red wine. Then returned to the little hotel for a good nights sleep. Thanks Isabel. It was a pleasure.

Stayed here a couple of years ago, still good, Isabel speaks little English, is very friendly and helpful. Has air con. In bedroom, we had a wet room very nice and our room opened on the the patio where breakfast is served. The house has an interesting history, Quiet location, though on a wide street. not far from a restaurant and a supermarket.
Lovely church and square with cafes  around.

We needed a place to stay between Cordoba and Madrid and based on Tripadvisor reviews we chose this B & B.

Everything I read was accurate, the only problem I encountered was the temperature of our room.  It was a very hot day and we chose a downstairs unit, partly based on the fact that heat rises.  After we got our things in the room, I tried the A/C controls and... nothing.  

When we returned from dinner, the A/C still did not function. I approached the owner (it was now around midnight) and gestured about the heat, he asked, agua? I pantomined and he understood and turned on the A/C. You see the A/C only works if they allow it.

A few minutes later the female owner expressed to me that the A/C would be on for a half hour, we bargained and she relented to a full hour!  Imagine my relief that the temp in the room could possibly drop from 85 to a cool 83!  

When we woke up in the morning the A/C was still running.  I think they fell asleep.

Quiet, but interesting

Nice stop-over, one big issue

We stayed for 1 night in October 2013
Lovely building and gardens.
Location great, private and safe parking.
Our room was en suite a very small double  on the ground floor.
Breakfast was bread roll, croissant and coffee or tea and fruit juice, a bit basic.
Cost for the two of us with parking 85.00.Euro, a little overpriced
