Benalmádena Playa Good Places

This place had some negative reviews so I’ll give you my version The two pools were a little small and in the morning shaded from the sun but get the timing right and you can get the use of them we went 5 pm ish for swim Kids pool gets sun from 11-30 am onwards Adult pool about 12-30 onwards then it’s got the sun all day Maybe bit short on loungers but fine The apartments look a bit run down from outside Need coat of paint But inside they have everything you need The doors are multi locking very secure And the safe was modern and free The apartment well equipped Washing machine/ fridge/ dish washer The air con is very good sometimes to cold but you can control this Best wifi I’ve had in long time downloaded movies Watched live football streams streamed music no problem Just a short walk to the beach Shops/ pubs /supermarkets Great location About 20 min walk to marina nice walk along front Plenty taxi/ bus available pretty much on doorstep Taxi 8 euro to marina centre from apartment We had a penthouse on 6 th floor Had a rooftop with views/ bbq We hardly used it very private if you want all over tan Spiral stairs a bit tight but accessible Wee let down is 1) if you want room cleaned/towels etc 15 euro We washed our own towels there was washing powder/ dishwasher tablets there already and just kept place clean, we were out most of the time 2) you have to dump your own rubbish Sounds bad but bins just down the road All in all we will be back if we return to Benalmádena The staff fine and helpful The place is very secure with locked entrance but you get a key access 3 sides of building good if you rent a bike/ car as plenty parking
