I booked this for 6 lads in their 40's. This was great value for money, it was clean and tidy and very comfortable. When we arrived I contacted the owner and she arrived promptly. It was definitely worth the money and in a superb location. I would recommend this for those looking for s/c acommodation and have no negative comments. An excellent place and great value for money. 

3 of us stayed in a duplex apartment for 6 nights. It was a spacious modern apartment, just as smart as pictured. Check in was easy at the office next door. Staff were helpful and gave tips and directions to local amenities. Do visit Julia Bakery across the street for breakfast, bread and pastries. Convenience store 30 seconds away and a well stocked supermarket 2 minutes away. The apartments are situated on a busy main road so expect some noise, but that's a small price to pay for such well equipped accommodation walking distance from all the main Malaga attractions. Highly recommended and we hope to return soon.

The apartment tres sesenta have and excelent location in the center of Malaga. You can walk to the near beach called Malagueta and restaurants, historical center and all the shopping stores. It's really nice place to stay!

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment, near Plaza de la Merced. It was very well equipped and fairly newly decorated/furnshed. It was very handy for the Plaza Merced and a short walk to the centre, Alcaba, etc. There was a lirttle noise on Friday and Saturday nights, but on the 6th floor we were not too badly disturbed. The wifi was excellent and all the amenities were new and in full working order, though we never tested the washing machine or dishwasher. Malaga is a great city to visit!

Excellent value and location

Excellent Malaga apartment

Apartamento tres sesenta, Malaga

We arrived in Malaga early afternoon, but the apartment was not ready. Reception helpfully suggested that they would give us a call when room was ready. They estimated this would be in a couple of hours and would give us a call.

We did not receive a call.  

We had a trip booked to Nerja, so we left town and went on our trip and did not see the apartment until approx 11pm. As it was so late we were unable to call anyone or make alternative arrangements.

The shower was filthy. Not only were there hairs on the tiles, there was dirty water in the shower tray, it smelled mouldy and the shower caddy is rusty. To add insult to injury the hot water would only kick in for 20 seconds at a time before the boiler clicked off leaving you freezing cold in the shower.

The sofa bed was even more shocking. We opened it out to find dust, debris and stains all over the mattress. Also in order to open the sofa bed you have to move the heavy glass topped rickety dining table to open the sofabed. Once the bed is open it obstructs the path to the front door as the table can only be placed near the bathroom. The only means of exiting the apartment if the sofa bed is open is to climb across the mattress. This causes a safety issue also as the table stretches across half of the bathroom door. 

There were more hairs under the pillow in the double bed and the general appearance and level of repair can only be described as dated, neglected and unsafe.

We reported our concerns early the next day and were told to expect a call. Several hours later and still no contact. I had to make several international calls on my phone back to Caleta Homes and the agent we booked through to try to reach a solution. 

To be fair there were 2 positives. 1 - location of the apartment is ideal, seconds from a supermarket, minutes from the beach, restaraunts and the harbour. 2- Caletta homes agreed to cancel the second night and we stayed somewhere else!! 

The facilities/condition of the room is totally unacceptable and is not a true representation of the website we booked through. Oh yes and the balcony in the description does not exist!
