Positive: Very close to the old town (walking distance). Very clean. Funny decorations (the theme in our apartment was " The Simpsons"). Wifi was good. Nice staff (they allowed us to let our luggages in the reception room untill 4 pm, even the check-out hour was 12).
Negative: We 've been foozen over the night! The heating system was no enough for the whole apartment and the bathroom has no heater at all. We were not so brave to take showers and we put our sweaters over our regular sleeping clothes.

Could be better

The place is basically a hole and in order to access it you need to take the stairs. Very basical fitting (read very cheap) with an air conditioner that is blowing the hot air back in the room it is far from a comfortable unit were to retreat after marching in the heat of Malaga.  Forced by the situation, only two days here and not really having time to look for something else we stayed but I wouldn't send anyone there.
