To collect the keys, please contact reception or the night porter upon arrival. The contact details are available at the entrance to the building.

Please note that reception is open from 09:00 to 19:00

For arrivals outside reception hours, guests are kindly requested to contact the property using the telephone number on the booking confirmation.

Please note that the apartments are cleaned every 3 days and linen is changed once a week. Please inform Magalluf Strip Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 50 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
