We are in our final day of a 5 night stay at this hotel and im glad I've now had the opportunity to make my own mind up following reading the negative reviews on Trip Advisor last week which did concern us. Allow me please to share our experience regards points raised. Noise- you are in a perfect spot for the beach, restaurants and bars which are all a short walk away and yes this includes where youngsters will head to party but I doubt they will be staying in the hotel or any of those surrounding as all family orientated or adult only, we had no issues at all. Staff- without exception they were excellent and could not so enough to help you, poolside service pretty much on demand and very friendly and had no issues at all regards cleanliness. As for sunbeds the pool attendant walks around and if any beds are unoccupied he politely asks if anyone knows who they belong to and returns some time later to uplift towels and place a note on the bed to advise he has the towels, it is clearly advised around the pool you cannot reserve beds. Make your own mind up as we have found all aspects of this hotel exceptional and the food quality, service and choice is outstanding.
