This hostel is located on the Gran Vía, right in front of the Plaza Callao.The rooms are very spacious and have a good view of the Gran Vía.In addition, in the same building there is a cafeteria - restaurant in the attic that is a marvel.

A good stay at home.

Booking a day by location, it's the perfect fast food zone metro buses restaurants all within 5 minutes. The location is PERFECT and the apartment is very well located. We arrived before check-in and asked if we could keep our suitcases very nice and they accompanied us to store them and helped us facilitate our keys etc. He told us that they were fixing it and I didn't care, he said that it would pass, because we looked at the sheets and they would have slept well but it's normal, the surprise was at 10 pm the night we returned they had done nothing, I had to go to the hostel in front and comment on the case, and not a handful of clean sheets and towels and they went to change.

Apartment Ok. maintenance is in order.

This cancellation, since I had to go with the family, was free because we cancelled 2 months before I almost left, because I'm still waiting for my booking money to be returned, and when I leave the phone, when they're clear, the kid does it very badly, casually and rude, this afternoon.I hope this serves other people who are going, it's pesimo.

The Song of Songs

The hostel does not admit check-in before 3pm, we arrived early and as we had things to do they kept our suitcases safe and on arrival they had put them in the room, a great gesture on their part. The hostel is clean. The room we touched had a good size for two people and the views to the Gran Vía / Callao are excellent, but they also have as a disadvantage the noise especially on the weekends but if you're getting a good night's sleep or not a few taps they will fix it. The receptionists are very kind, we order a concierge and immediately take you to the room. On the way out of there, if you want to leave the maletas you charge 2€ per suitcase.

Very good location and clean.

Together, we were looking for something cheap in city centre. Hostel staff speaks acceptable English (I experienced that in Madrid it’s not so obvious, and it’s good to know few words in Spanish).

We’ve spent two days - whole day sightseeing. Not much to say about room (we came back only to sleep) - it’s not 5 stars hotel with spa, but every day you get clean towel, lady cleans the room, and for the price, I don’t think you may get something better. 

Next to the hostel you have metro station (city communication is awesome - in few minutes you may get to stadium or airport).
It is cheaper and if you don’t have 100kg luggage with your wife’s shoes it is more convenient than taxi.
If you are a shopping fan there’s plenty of shops with clothes, souvenirs.
It is also easy to eat something - you just need to take side road from Gran Via - in any direction.
This is capitol city so centre (especially on rush hour) may be a little bit overwhelming. 

Good for the price.

It should be borne in mind that it is a hostel (pension) that does not have the infrastructure of a hotel, from that point of view for me it is excellent above all the location in the middle of a large road in front of the station callao near everything and you can do it all on foot, with respect to the hostel the staff very friendly as well as the reception as the cleaning, the room is not large but to be a hostel is comfortable the bathroom while the boy has everything necessary and is not inconvenient.

In the middle of Grany some rooms have a balcony to it.Comfortable and very clean rooms.Because of its location you can visit many of Madrid's attractions walking.The only criticism is that on the page where the reservation is made it says that the payment will be made in the hostel and the reality is that it is immediately debited by credit card.

Despite the free cancellation on Booking they took the money and they no longer answered the emails... booking if it is solved with an equal amount of credit, it does not seem fair to me given that the commission and the money if they took it

Positive: The location is enviable, it is difficult to find a more central location! It is possible to reach the main attractions of the city on foot, very convenient to the metro. Negative: Spartan Room, request for 2 euros for each baggage left in custody on the day of departure (4 people 8 euros for a service that many offer free of charge). If you can choose, I recommend rooms that do NOT overlook Callao, less suggestive but certainly quieter.

Good quality, good price, great location!

You are in an excellent shopping street. the metro take you one block away from the other, sometimes is best to walk.In this property you have a kitchen, so I recommend go to El Corte Ingles grab stuff to eat and enjoy.  I adored the location.Staff very friendly.
