We had a nice welcome when we arrived as the smiling receptionist proposes us to give information and tips about Lloret and the places to go. We could visit all Lloret from this well-located and quiet place.  The flat is well-furnished. They made available all you need to cook.  There is a supermarket only three-minute walk away. The beach is about half a mile away.

Good location in Lloret de Mar

The worst place is different. on arrival the doorman (owner) tells us that we can't enter, even with a reservation discriminates us by indicating that he doesn't accept groups of young people and less bachelor parties, the dirty apartments no, the following, 4-person apartments with 3 plates and 2 cups of coffee. the man leaves you a phone and luckily if you have any problems. last night we entered one of the robbery rooms located on the first floor while we were dining through the window, the police arrive at the place, indicating that this is not the first time and that it usually happens frequently. the owner is logically totally concerned about the robbery, the cameras as expected, not working. if you want to ruin the week, then contact Mr. Joan Ahorse for 20 euros without any doubt.

No recommended.

Positive points: Very bright, which makes you sunny almost all morning and mid-afternoon, keeps the apartment at a good temperature during Holy Week. Mr. Joan is educated and shows himself accessible at all times. He is in a quiet area 5 minutes from the beach, which avoids the noise and parties. El capprabo is 2 minutes away and a craft pizza restaurant 50 meters away. Negative points: the entrances are scarce (we were 4 and there was 1 glass 2 tenders), the beds need improvement, sound the docks a lot and you'll find it hard to rest.

Correcto Correcto

We only saved the person who attended us that was kind and correct. We took a 4-6-room apartment with 2 bedrooms that is on the ground floor. For starters, the doorbell didn't work to call the apartment from the entrance. The door is pink on the floor and closes badly. The TV is ridiculously large. The cabinets with sliding doors can't be opened and therefore you can't hang clothes. Virtually all the furniture is in very poor condition. The dining table is supported on a pole that falls apart if you touch it. Kitchen equipment is very inadequate. In an apartment for 4 or 6 people, there are no 4 cups worth having for breakfast. There is no fridge of any kind. The small lid of the fridge and the fridge that looks like there are no freezing arrangements. There is no room for sleeping in the room, but we have no room for anyone to sleep in the hotel.

Apartments with ridiculous equipment and in a poor state of preservation

The only remarkable thing is that it was hot, insufficient kitchen elements and towels, only two for four people in the reserve, empty plugs and contacts to adapt our schedules to their personal needs.

Deficiency is a problem.

Pleasantly surprised after reading some of the reviews. 

Hotel/room was clean, spare a couple scuff marks on a wall and floor.  Bed was good, shower powerful(although hot water ran out fairly quickly).  Three sets of clean towels between two of us, which were changed once during the week.  The manager gives you a map of the local area and explains where everything you need to know is. He mentions a pizzeria/Italian restaurant a short 100 yard walk away, we don't normally go to these as we think he must be bigging it up as something to do with it, however we spent 3 nights there as it was that good.

The negatives.  You need to buy your own toilet paper.  Or take a spare roll from pubs/restaurants you visit.  There is no pool or bar.  The balcony area is small with no furniture and has a glass partitioning/wall so not great for fear of heights. You are a 10/15 minute walk from the main strip area, although this reduces outside noise. 

All in all, it has everything you need from a self catering appartment and no real negatives.  Unsure whether to return here as we were happy with it, or risk a diferrent hotel to have a pool/bar area.

Surprised

After reading reviews on here I worried all the way there wondering what we were getting ourselves into.  Needed to have not worried at all.  The welcome was very polite, he couldn't speak much English but was enough to get sorted.  
Yes there is a 100 euro deposit for the room but as most places do this now we prepared for that.  The room itself was fine, beds and bathroom were clean, we had 2 lots of clean towels and the air con worked a treat.  Yes there was some wear and tear and the room, it has a few marks on the wall and could definitely do with an overhaul but at the end of the day if you don't pay the price for the Ritz then don't expect the Ritz!  
The only 3 negatives I would say is that there is no pool, we had no furniture on the balcony and there wasn't much hot water so we had to be quick with showers so the water stayed hot for us both. 
All in all it was a pleasant stay.  
Its about a 15 minute walk to the main bars and nightclubs but there's some decent little bars just up the hill that suited us down to the ground.  There's also an Italian restaurant just a few minutes walk which has to be the best Italian I have ever been to.

visited for a quick break was cheap so had low expectations however hotel was clean and tidy.

service was so rude unfriendly and completely hostile.

asked to pay a deposit of 100€ without warning and was spoken to so rudely by staff was at a loss for words

We stayed two nights in an apartment with a terrace and a room.The facilities are well-maintained and clean.The staff is friendly and attentive.The only drawbacks are that the parking is expensive (15€ per night) and that it is not far from the beach.But for the price it is well worth it.

went 10th to 13th november 2017 my family of 3 the hotel was very poor says there is a pool jacuzzi are they having a laugh ther was nothing no resturaunte no bar it was like a block of scummy flats thought the owner was ver rude also hotels seemed to be fulling apart and then once we arived we was told we had to pay 100euro  witch we got back the transfere to the hotel was a joke i rang them about transfere rude they put the phone down if you dont mind a scummy place with freezing showers best place for you this hotel is no good for a family single people maybe loads of closed down apartements horrible smell beach was poor and the place was really expensive would i go there again NO NOT EVEN BY MY SELF
