Exceeded expectations! We have just returned from a wonderful stay during peak season with our 7yo and 4yo. This was our first family holiday. We found the hotel very clean, loved all the pools and 1 bed apt room (block 6). The hotel grounds are very attractive and all staff work so very hard. Our son has a serious allergy and Pepa and the catering team were brilliant at looking after him (Muchos Gracias Pepa!) We loved the food for mexican night! He also enjoyed the kids club where we felt safe to leave him. Entertainment was great without being too in your face/noisy or late. We did find the lifeguards on the kids pool a little inconsistent in their rules and attentiveness. The walk to Cala Bona and/or on to Cala Millor is lovely and Cala Bona also exceeded expectations. We were very pleased with our choice of destination!
