The first time I came to eat at the hotel restaurant Vall Fosca (when he was inaugurated about 45 years ago) he was attending a young couple. The business has gone from parents to children who have been innovating, and now they are attending their great-granddaughter and an extraordinary team that has managed to maintain family service.
