Hi this Hotel is amazing having been 4 times already for long-term stays, entertainment, food (round the clock) (5 STAR REVIEW) (1 STAR IF THIS CHANGE HAPPENS) BUT rumours are spreading for 2025 that the hotel which was twinned with the Grand Palladium Palace will stop allowing people to use both facilities - this has many knock on effects as there's only 1 pool at the white island resort also this will mean that the 24hr sports bar will not be allowed to be used by white island visitors. This was ideal allowed you to move if you felt facilities were too busy, through mid season PLUS on many booking sites this information hasnt changed. I believe that this hotel the White Island will become packed as the sharing of facilities is stopped which makes no sense at all. Having booked already for 2025 these changes come as a surprise and there are no reasons for this change and I hope they go back on this change going into the season. Hopefully the Palladium Hotel Group could clarify as one of the reasons why people book this hotel is the sharing of facilities, maybe to re-earn them you can become a VIP member but I am not sure, I would pay to become a VIP member to re-share them.
