A very nice guesthouse. Julien is very welcoming and provides a cheap pick up from the airport. The house is beautifully decorated with good rooms and I had a private bathroom. 2 lovely terraces. The owner gives you a shelf in the fridge and a cupboard so you can prepare your own food in a very well equipped kitchen.
Good situation for walking to the shops, port and a small beach.
Overall a good experience. Wifi not great in some of the rooms.

I left a review below last week regarding a recent incident with payment. I have now resolved the issue and can feel assured that Villa K look after their customers.

We stayed here a couple of weeks ago. Julien is a mega nice guy and will pick you up from the airport for €35 each way (per couple) .It's handy for the Campaniaro shopping centre and an easy walk into the town. Be wary that this is a shared villa, you will possibly be staying with 3 other couples as well as the owner. It can be a tad awkward when he's cleaning ( he keeps the place spotlessly clean) , and you want to use the kitchen etc.  You get a shelf in the fridge and a shelf in a cupboard. The WIFI signal is very poor and he offers a booster for €5 a week if you need it. We had mosquitos in our room downstairs which was very hot as there was no fan or aircon, there is also no TV in the room.We had to share a bathroom and believe me you can hear absolutely everything, so beware if you have had a curry and a few pints. We never cooked there as we didn't really want to make a mess so went out for every meal which wasn't a problem. Would we go again...probably not as it's not private enough, would I have any reason to tell anyone not to go? Not at all. Its a beautifully decorated place, in a good position , but it wasn't exactly our cup of tea. All the other couples were mega friendly and there was no issue there...I just felt like I was imposing on someones privacy but Julien did absolutely everything to make us feel welcome. All I can say is we had a great holiday, the place was spotless, really good value, and everyone was mega friendly

This is a long review because Villa K does not fit neatly into a category of accommodation. It is most like sharing a large house with others.  You have your own room; we stayed in Volcano room on the top floor.  I would recommend this as although not large it has a very comfy bed, a private bathroom  (adjacent not en suite ) whereas others share bathrooms plus it is right by the top terrace, which others didn't choose to use. Then you have use of the living area and kitchen with shelf/ fridge space so ideal for self catering in a friendly setting. All tastefully decorated in a seaside style. Julien will provide breakfast but not until well after 9am which was too late for us to use  more than once. I sensed that most people get their own. There were a couple of points that could be improved.  Firstly please put up a sign so you can tell which house it is: we had to ring from outside to check! Secondly there is a deposit of 100 euros, which does feel odd when you have already paid 70% of your stay in advance. Also the check in time at 4pm is on the late side and dropping bags off earlier wasn't convenient for Julien. It is a house, sound can carry so there are requests to keep noise down and not use kitchen before 8.30 a.m. It may not suit everyone but we had a good stay and enjoyed talking to Julien and the other guests. A really good choice for those on a budget seeking something other than a standard hotel complex.

Nice place to stay,   but....

overall nice house,nice stay, clean house and beautifully decorated
,you have to be aware that you are sharing the kitchen with other host and the owner as well, 
Julien was very welcoming and so was Karine,, 
The room was simply decorated, and clean, The owner accommodated my daughter and myself in a twin bed room at the ground floor, so it was very cool in the summer, however nothing like in the pictures...very simple,....if you expect the decor to be like in the picture don,t pick the  twin room.
Our stay in fuerteventura was amazing, relaxed, however, i left a deposit of 100 pounds,, weird practices for me. and 15 pounds was kept to dry clean the bed sheet, after our stay, bcse we stained the sheets with sun cream...., once more weird practice in a holiday accommodation,. i was warn at my departure that if the stains will not come off, will be sent a further invoices to cover the cost of the dry  . three weeks or more after my stay in fuerteventura i received couple of messages mentioning the stains and the cost ,,, which i ignored, considering that the cost was covered, and that it wasn't a good customer care practise..however my card was charged .... with the additional cost... so if you go there, very nice place . however , make sure you don't stain the sheet, and dry your self with one towel.....
my stay was great, but i had a very bitter taste for fews months.
