I stayed back in May 2018, and it surpassed my expectations! Located only a few minutes walk away from the old town (such as the cities iconic Gothic Cathedral) and about 10 mins walk from the railway station. The rooms were clean and spacious, with up to 8 bunks to a room, which included a delightful little balcony, with pleasant views of the city. The breakfast is basic, but Catalonia dinner is King (not breakfast) so don’t expect much, but the coffee is grand, and that’s what counts. The staff were extremely helpful (a pleasant relief from my experience in France the previous day). I'm glad I came along, as it was worth every €… more than just a room, it was a little gem, in a city that I will return to soon!
