This was my first experience of a retreat of any kind and I was not disappointed. The setting is stunning, accommodation lovely, and the whole experience enabled an intense spiritual journey for me building on meditation work I had started in early 2021. Its a very intimate retreat with very small numbers; the yoga and meditation practices take place in a yurt with stunning views over the valley. Rose and Ian the hosts are very welcoming and warm, infusing each day with their meditation and spiritual knowledge guiding each participant on their own journey. 9 months later and I am still reaping the benefits of having attended this retreat.
