The truth that has surprised me well, the apartment is very well equipped and very clean, the pool is not very large but there is no crowding, quite quiet and good location, close to a Carrefour market and the street market on Sundays.

A very good stay.

We've been very happy with the stay, the attention from the first minute has been excellent, the situation is comfortable, crossing the street El Pan, at 70 mtr to the east an express expressway open until at least 23h in June, at 50 mtr to the right a supermarket for families that doesn't have a midday breakfast, several burgers at 8, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, personal rentals, it looks pretty good, the 8 minutes of the restaurant were excellent, the comfort zone was very bright and welcoming, but we were able to cook on vacation, but the water was perfectly clean, we were able to get out of the house, there was a lot of room, there were plenty of rooms, and there were plenty of rooms, and even a couple of rooms, as well as a few restaurants, restaurants, restaurants, restaurants, restaurants, restaurants, and restaurants.

 Fair price, good situation.

We've spent the first week of September in these apartments and my general opinion is not satisfactory, the apartment is fine in terms of space and location but the saunas and towels are overpriced and old, too basic in everything else, the sofa-bed is badly damaged, the mattresses are bad and the rest is bad due to the constant noise of cars and other things, the price is expensive for what it offers and the feeling that it has left me is that it is focused on exploiting it to make money but to satisfy very little of the tenants even if it's just for a few days vacation, I personally do not recommend it to anyone.

There is NO RECOMMENDABLE.

Apartments with normal general features. The basic cleaning, the kitchen is a bit shallow with kitchen utensils and with a lack of deep cleaning (bell, glass, oven, and sticky furniture drawers). The clean bathrooms but tiles and walls are regular. Towels and sheets are provided. Close to the beach and restaurant areas. To highlight the speed in solving any problems as the agency is located just below the building.

Basic is basic.

If you're a junkie, drunk, and drug addict with a burning desire, the place is ideal.The police are there very often trying to put order, with no success.They don't go to a few calls.Otherwise good.Families with children or looking for rest, don't even look at it.

Bronca total is 

Pleasant accommodation, house close to the sea and nightclubs, friendly staff and well equipped house. Good price. At night motorcycles that disturb sleep pass by. There is wifi (slow) and air conditioning (in one room)

That's good.

We arrived and the air conditioning didn't work. The two of us were able to change apartments and they got there without any problem. The apartment was fine. Complete with laundry, planks and towels. A 200 meters a drawer and next to a Chinese one. Very good area for dinner-eaters of hamburger pizzas etc. Several restaurants nearby are located. Especially the Restaurant La Manchega with very good menu and good price. They offer parking with guard for 56 euros a week. Definitely fine.

We went from 16 to 23 July with some friends and had a great time.The area is great, you have the basic amenities as close as the beach, a magnificent beach.My suggestion is that the common areas will need a little more cleaning because it is paper-bound, but I imagine it will be because people are a little unconcerned.

Very good treatment.

We were in the middle of September for 10 days apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and balcony. 2 elevators. Everything was very clean, within 10 days 2 outfits of bedding + hand towels, everything would be completely replaced. TV was old with only 5 programs all in Spanish (you can skip it on holiday) WI FI OK. 3 streets on very beautiful white sandy beaches:-)

Big, clean, price performance OK!!!

My husband and I frequently travel to Spain from the United States, 
often renting on our trips. 

On this particular trip, we rented from Mar Blau Apartments in Gandia (Immobiliaria Mar Blau with website marblau.info), looking forward to our stay on the Mediterranean.

Sounds lovely, right?

It would have been, if it hadn’t been for the surprise we found upon arrival at their “luxury” apartment rental. 

Actually, make that surprises — plural.

The problems we discovered  upon opening the apartment we rented included:

✓ Several beds were missing cross bars, and one even collapsed.

✓ Broken nightstand drawers that were literally falling apart.

✓ Loose tiles in the bathroom that were sharp and missing grout.

✓ Dirty floors, towels and linens, and even waste left in the toilets.

✓ Two non-functional door handles that would not lock on each bathroom.

✓ Lights in the bathroom worked sporadically, and made sparking noises.

✓ The buzzer code did not work so if one of us went out, we had to wait for neighbors to let us in the building or call for someone to come down to the gate to open the door for us.

Don't rent with them. We left earlier than what I paid for and did not get a refund for the nights we didn't use. I got nothing but bad responses from their Commercial Director whenever I called. I emailed their management twice after I left and never received a reply.
The last resource I have is to file a formal complaint with the Valencia Generalitat.
