126 reviewsWe have just returned from a weekend in Ribeira Sacra, and a stay in Pazo da Pena, and we could not have been more delighted with our experience. We stayed in one of the suites, which was beautifully decorated and just the most amazing room, for what they offer we thought that the price was fair and were not disappointed with the amenities at all. The service, however, is what really stands out. The two ladies that attended us were faultlessly kind and friendly, very enthusiastic and this really made the trip for us. We very much enjoyed the free tour that they give every evening at 7pm around the house, explaining all the corners and the history of the house and it's restoration. They have lovingly and respectfully restored the building and its surroundings to an admirable level and we were enchanted by the whole thing. The lady who gives the tour is also very enthusiastic and explains extremely well. They even have complimentary liquor from the area available to guests and many common spaces. Thank you very much to all and we hope that we will be back very soon!
