This was a real gem. Little dated,spotless clean 2 minutes from the beach, beach chairs umbrellas for sun or rain no charge.  On main street great location bus stop across the road and tram line 8 minutes walk taking you to Alacantie. 
Perfect for family's but no wheel chair facility 

What a brilliant place this is nobody bothers  you and the staff are very helpful you couldn't have found a better place everything at hand even the shopping trolley to get your food in.the beach isn't far and the bars and restaurants are very good selection

We are a family of 5p and we had the best view, terrace fazing the beach and lovely stay. will defenetly go there again. jorge and his brother in law are really helpful, but they just speak spanich ore french so have a dictionary w

Although old the apartment we had was spotlessly clean.  The bathroom was clean and modern - it looked like it had been completely refurbished recently.  The owner was very helpful and generous, we booked a one bedroom but because it was off season he upgraded is to a two bedroom at no extra cost.  The combined heater/air-con unit was modern and worked well, we were also given a portable heater for the bedrooms.  The owner kindly provided a hair drier at no extra cost.  The kitchen was a bit dated but clean, well equipped with enough pans and a frying pan. Location is very good, the road outside was quiet at night so no problem sleeping.  These apartments are really good value, some people review budget apartments as though they were further up the price scale which is wrong.  The only thing is the  lack of lift which should not be too big a problem for the fit and healthy as there are only three floors.  Nearest tram stop (Pla Baraques) is on 5 mins walk away, a bus to Alicante stops about 50 yards away, beach and supermarket only 100 yards or so.  Highly recommended for the folks that have to holiday on a budget.

We stayed for 2 weeks from January 23rd. We were met by Jose who showed us to our apartment and explained how everything worked. The apartment was clean and well equipped, a bit dated but good location 2nd line from lovely beach and promenade, close to Lidl and Mercadona. 
There s a secure car park with numbered spaces for each apartment. Use f a washing machine in reception area also selection of books to borrow.
Cleaning only done on arrival, but you can exchange your towels and bed linen during reception opening hours.
Rubbish bins located over road.
Not many restaurants open in the evening, those that were very quiet
Would recommend for good no frills accommodation
