Fabulous hotel, we will find any excuse to come here for a few days. Our 3rd visit this year celebrating a milestone birthday. Room, the Level experience, views from the hotel, proximity to both the city and the beach, cannot be beaten. It has to be the best hotel in Alicante. Food in Trasluz is out of this world and service impeccable. Staff are wonderful, a special thanks yet again to Hisham in the Level lounge who is just amazing. I ordered the premium birthday celebration package which was executed to perfection for which I was so grateful. See you as soon as we can find another excuse to come back!
