A very relaxing and comfortable holiday at the Apartamentos Llevant.  The owners provide a five star service, providing you with everything you need for your stay.  The apartment itself was very clean and spacious with cooking facilities, washing machine, fridge and microwave.  The bathroom had recently been updated and the beds had new mattresses.  The location is perfect; a short walk into town, but very quiet at night.  We can't wait to go back as soon as we can.

Lovely quiet place with a pool and very close walk to main beach where all the restaurants and bars are. Owners Sonya and Sebastian run the facility and are very friendly and helpful.

Apartments and spotless and new showers are amazing. Bed so comfortable. Cleaner gave us replacement towels when needed. We will be returning here next time! 

Everything about our stay at Llevant was perfect. Sonja and Sebastian are just amazing,  extra hangers for the wardrobe,  a spare key for our 17 year old son...nothing is too much trouble and they are available whenever you need them.
The accommodation was bright, clean and spacious, with a fantastic bathroom, walk in shower which had just been refurbished (we were the first guests to use it!) Kitchen area was very well equipped, comfortable beds,  washing machine and peaceful outdoor terrace overlooking the pool.
The whole area was spotless and cleaned daily. The pool and sunbeds were immaculate.
The perfect location, many bars and restaurants close by aswell as the beach and main square. We cant wait to return.

Great place ,ideal location & first class service. Sonia , Sebastian and the Team are very friendly , helpfull and professional. The rooms and premises are very clean and tidy along with the pool and gardens.

These apartments are in a great position, they are a couple of minutes from the sea , shops and pine walk.   They have air conditioning in the living area and a fan in the bedroom which as long as you leave the door open and the curtains shut keep the whole apartment cool.  The kitchen is really well stocked with 8 of most things , it had everything we needed, kettle , toaster, filter coffee machine, oven , hob, microwave, even a dishwasher.  There was a  drying up cloth, a sponge and dishcloth along with some washing liquid.  The bathroom is a good size with the added bonus of a washing machine in it .

The bedroom is spacious , a comfortable bed with plenty of room either side, space for a fold out bed and a double wardrobe, ironing board in a mirrored cupboard and a shelf above the door which comfortably holds 2 cases.  The apartments have been well thought out to make good use of the space.

Sebastian and Sonia are lovely, really helpful and informative.  Sonia helped my husband get back something he left on the transfer bus quickly while Easyjet were useless.  Sonia also gave us lots of recommendations for eating out and places to visit.  
My daughter celebrated a birthday while there and Sonia and her daughter arrived with a gift and home made birthday card .
Sonia also recommended a trip to Pollensa Old Town for the White Festival which we did using the local bus service , the bus depot is just up the road and the buses were easy to use, I used my euro travel card which you just tap as you get on the bus for a maximum of 5 people and tap as leave the bus. Very easy to use. 

Only used the pool a couple of times first thing in the morning when it was quiet and it was fine.  With the sea so close we always went to the beach. 

We would definitely return to these apartments.   Really good value, spacious and clean property. 

We have been coming to Puerto Pollensa for many years and have stayed in many different locations.  We really regret not having found  the Llevant Apartments sooner.  The apartments are basic but clean and comfortable and are in a perfect location a short walk from the sea front and the town centre with its restaurants and bars.  The owners were really friendly an helpful and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived.  We were initially allocated a second floor apartment but my wife has a knee injury so Sofia without hesitation moved us to a lower floor which made a huge difference.  We like to travel fairly light so a real bonus was having a washing machine in the apartment and also not being charged for the safety deposit box was a welcome surprise.  We are already planning our trip in 2024 and will definitely be going back here.

We stayed here before the pandemic and returned on our first holiday after it and we felt at home almost immediately the apartment was clean and well equipped the beds and settees were comfortable the beach , restaurants ,supermarkets and market are all very close. The owners Sonia and Sebastian were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them.Sonia was especially helpful when the transition shuttle bus site had a problem and neither we or the hotel had received pick up times she called the office and totally the information we required. We would definitely go again.

We were very happy with our stay at the LLevant apartments. Our apartment was on the top floor with views of the mountains to one side of the balcony. The apartment was spotlessly clean although some of the furniture was looking a bit tired. Check in was quick and easy and the host were very helpful.
The apartment is in a good location a short walk to ‘The Pine Walk’, shops and restaurants. We would stay here again!

Very clean and cozy apartment.  It has exceeded our expectations.  Very friendly staff.  They made our vacation excellent.  We recommend it to all travelers. If you want to stay at an excellent value for money in Puerto Pollença, we can't help but recommend the Llevant apartments.

Five Star Family Run Apartments

Lovely quiet place 

Perfect accommodation!

Just returned from a great stay at these apartments.
We came for 4 days Cycling and enjoy staying here as a base.
Arrived late nobody on reception approx 2am called the number on the desk and spoke to Sebastian who told us the keys are in the draw and explained where our apartment was.
The apartments are very big with loads of room clean and tidy.
Two small single beds and two sofa beds in lounge.
The bathroom was compact as a washing machine was in there which was idea for washing cycling gear after a days riding.
Towels provided and free safe box as well.
Air Con was excellent.
We had Bed And Breakfast and breakfast was across the road in hotel Flora.
Breakfast was good nice choice, fruit juices coffee tea.
Fresh fruit, yogurts, fresh bread and pastries.
Selection of cold meats and cheese.
Bacon, sausage fried eggs mushrooms beans hash browns tomatoes.
A good breakfast for the day ahead.

Nice clean pool as well.

Cheap, Clean, Quite good breakfast.

Great base for cycling trip. Clean, Quite, excellent air con.

Apartments are basic but very clean and the location is amazing. Would prefer a bit more luxury but this was good value. Hosts were so friendly and nothing too much trouble. 
We stayed in one of the unrefurbished apartments as we arrived early. If we had waited a while for them to l finish cleaning we could have had a refurbished but we just wanted to get in!
The pool was nice.

The Llevant apartments are a great place to stay when visiting Port de Pollenca. Our apartment was large and clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the air conditioning worked well. We managed to get one of the apartments with a double bed (which was very comfortable) by emailing the hosts directly when we booked. Sebastian or Sonja were usually on hand in the reception during the day and were always very helpful. The pool is a nice size and depth and a very pleasant temperature. The sea front area is only a 5 minute walk, but the area around the apartments was generally very quiet. There are small and large supermarkets and a chemist very close by. The main bus station is only a 5 minute walk and the TIB buses are very easy and cheap to use now using contactless card payment when you get on and off the bus. Along the sea front, and also elsewhere, there are dozens of restaurants catering to all tastes. We are already planning how we might spend our next (third) holiday in Port de Pollenca (it is that nice), and will probably stay at the Llevant Apartments again when we come!
