Much needed rest after ~8hours of Camino in torrential rain up in mountains.
Thanks to the provisions at Albergue  Moreira (heating, newspaper) we were able to start fresh the next day completely new and dry!
Comfortable beds and quiet location helped get a good sleep. Nearby is a good restaurant with high quality food at good price!

We stayed here for one night - not on the Camino, just a stop on a weekend getaway. The whole place was impeccably clean. I don't even understand how it's possible to maintain such a level of cleanliness - the glass shower door was so clean that I had to touch it to see if it was there. Amazing. The owner was a bit of a grump but old men tend to be that way sometimes. We had a great, relaxing sleep and the location was perfect for us to wake up early and take a stroll on the beach before we continued on our way. Would absolutely return, and recommend highly!

I am a 69 years old and was finishing up the Camino on my way to Finisterre when I stayed at Albergue Moreira on 11/1. In the early afternoon a 11/1 I experienced dizzyness, sweating, and partially fainted in the reception area of the albergue. Yes I had just walked 525 miles without incident! Jose Manual, the proprietor came to my aid, enlisted the English speaking next door neighbor to assist in driving me to the Cee hospital emergency room where they stayed with me for several hours until it was determined that I was OK. This act of kindness on Jose Manual's part was way beyond what I would of expected. I later found out he had called his wife to come and run the albergue while he was at the hospital with me. What you really want to know is about the albergue. It is really on a quiet street, clean, strong WiFi, washer and drier, faces the harbor with a nice place outside to hang your clothes, big kitchen with I think 4 large tables. Provides mattress, pillow covers, and a towel and is a 5 minute walk from the central business district with a good selection of cafes. By the way if you are reading this congratulations Peregriono on a great walk! Finisterre is just over the hill and hopefully it is not raining. :-) Thanks again to Jose Manual.

This was a lovely hostel to stay in! The room we stayed in was large and had beautiful sea veiws. There were lockers for each person. The bathroom and shower facilities were clean. There was also a laundry room and large kitchen/cooking facilities. The man in charge was helpful and friendly. The wifi connection was also excellent and worked in all areas of the hostel. Being only a 3 minute walk to the beach, supermarket, restaurants and outdoor exercise machines, I thought the location was perfect. I really enjoyed my stay here during my Camino adventure!

Have now stayed in Albergue Moreira on 3 occasions, it should be an automatic halt for all peregrinos carrying on from Santiago de Compostela to Finisterre, conveniently located on the approach into Cee, less than 5 minutes walk from the heart of Cee with it's large choice of restaurants and a large Carrefour supermarket for those who would rather use the albergue's very well equipped kitchen to prepare a meal. Just 5 bunks in the dormitory, 2 shower stalls and seperate toilet. There is also a private bedroom available. Plenty of power points available for recharging phones/cameras. Opened about 2 years ago and spotlessly clean. Very helpful owner, free WiFi and a great view of the bay/harbour from the dormitory windows.

Albergue Moreira Above and Beyond Expectations

Great hostel

I give two points only beacuse the place is well located, nice and clean. But its big drawback is extremely rude and grumpy staff. 
Me and other pilgrims we wanted to wash together our cloth after 8pm. The hospitalero said it was too late because people wanted to sleep - but all other pilgrims were out to eat and the washing room was isolated from bedroom by 4 bathrooms. It looked like he only wanted to go home.
He also refused to let us wash in the morning, as we have to leave by 8am. In the morning we saw the reason - he needed the washing machine himself to wash all towels. Quiet strange for a private albergue of that price. Behind guests back he calls them stupid children.
I Hope the owner will change the staff soon. If this was the owner than I dont really know what to say...
