A great base from which to explore Cuenca and its province. The owners were extremely pleasant and helpful. It was obvious to see that they loved their job and their hotel. We had the distinct impression that La Antigua Vaquería was their life's dream. You couldn't meet friendlier, helpful people who were also meticulous in their job. The whole place was spotless. The people of La Melgosa were also very friendly and willing to stop and chat. Thoroughly recommendable.
