BQ Sarah Hotel - Adults Only

There are so many wonderful things to mention about BQ Sarah, it’s so much more than a 3 star. This was our 3rd year staying at the hotel, we love it so much. The staff are amazing, they are so friendly and attentive - all of them were so welcoming but Anto, Amanda and Carla in the restaurant and Magdalena on reception looked after us particularly well and welcomed us back like old friends. On arrival we received a voucher for a free bottle of cava for having been twice before, it was such a lovely touch. The manager was onsite everyday and walked round speaking the guests which we also thought was lovely. The staff all clearly enjoy working there and it shows! We spoke to a lot of guests who had also stayed multiple times which says a lot about the hotel and its staff. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the bedrooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels and our sheets were changed during the week. We stayed in room 302 and it was perfect, the bathrooms are a little dated but they are perfectly clean and spacious. We paid to rent the safe in the room and a kettle, we don’t mind paying for this as the hotel is such good value. The communal areas including the pool and sunbeds are immaculate. The housekeeping and maintenance staff work hard from early in the morning. There were plenty of bed chairs, no need to rush in the morning as there was always space. The pool area is quiet and relaxing, it’s the nicest hotel pool we have experienced. The buffet breakfast and dinners are delicious, there is a huge variety to choose from and it’s all fresh. There were new touches to the hotel this year including a new outside decking seating area which was so pretty and an extra night of entertainment. The hotel is quiet and is perfect for those seeking a relaxing, stress free holiday. The location of the hotel is ideal, a short walk to bars, restaurants, shops and the beach. The area of Son Bauló is lovely and feels very safe. We can’t wait to visit you all again at BQ Sarah next year!
