However we experienced issues we had two apartments and only one key to enter the building between 7 of us not sufficient if you wanted to return to the apartment you couldn't we had to stick together which for us it worked but it still unacceptable. In addition the keys to the apartments didn't fit we had to go back to hotel reception to rectify. This is all happening early hours of the morning when we arrived. As well as this the shower was cold if you didn't get in first you had a cold one. On our arrival we were told unfortunately couldn't keep our room for the day but we could leave at 11 instead of 10 which we appreciated we were also told we could use the toilets to change prior to our flight the young man on reception was very pleasent and helpful. However when we returned to the hotel to collect our left luggage a very rude and aggressive female who appeared to be the cleaner told us we were not to use the toilets saying they were broken and we were forced to travel to the airport in swimwear shorts and flip flops. She refused to enter into any discussion and we were told to take your cases and go. Such a shame but the attitude pf this woman left a nasty taste for us she needs some training on her people skills which were non existent. Shame on her she let the apartmentos Benidorm City down!
