Perfect stay. The staff are phenomenal, professional, friendly and efficient. From the lovely lady who checked us in (way before check in time which was really appreciated), to room service, bell hops and security, everyone was friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The rooms are beautiful. High standard of bedding, lovely diptyque toiletries and a fantastic cabinet with mini bar set up. The view was great from our sixth floor room, we could see all of Barcelona including the incredible sagrada familia. Food is fantastic, some of the nicest tapas I’ve tasted (especially their take on patatas bravas). Location is slightly out of centre but we did not mind the walk, plus it’s right on the beach so in the summer I’m sure that’s ideal. Only slight improvements would be the shower was a little faulty (nothing worth complaining about as still worked mainly), more milk could be given for coffees in the room (fresh milk even better) and the aircon is slightly confusing to use (albeit we like a cold room and I think it was set to not go below a certain temperature). We would happily stay here again and are looking to return soon!
