The front desk is open daily from 10 AM - 8 PM. The check-in location differs from the property location. To check in, go to Carrer Ferran, 11 If you arrive at the property after hours, you'll need to check in at an alternate location: In the apartment.To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 8 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Check-in takes place from 3 PM at the central office located at Calle Ferran, 11. Guests arriving before this time may be able to leave luggage at reception, subject to availability. Reception opening hours are 10 AM to 8 PM. Check-in outside these hours takes place in the apartments and will be an automatic check in. Guests arriving outside office hours must contact the property in advance to gain access into the building and to receive the the number of the box where keys will be available.
