1849 reviewsWe have just got home after 10 days at the wonderful Zafiro Palace Palmanova. This is our third stay at a Zafiro hotel (C’an Picafort and Cala Mesquida) and our experience gets better every time. Our daughter is anaphylactic to egg, which makes going abroad quite concerning. However, our experience with the Zafiro chain has been incredible, especially at the Zafiro Palace Palmanova. Staff took our daughter’s allergy seriously and on the nights we went to the buffet for dinner the staff arranged for the chef to freshly cook something so there was no risk of contamination. They ensured my daughter was included with dessert by giving her sorbet as she couldn’t have the ice cream and nothing was too much trouble. This meant we could relax and have the best holiday! At the a la carte restaurants they were knowledgable, helpful and understanding. Staff all over the hotel remembered my daughter so we didn’t feel like we were having to repeat ourselves each time we ate. One night the head chef even arranged to have a vegan chocolate cake taken up to the a la carte restaurant we were dining in. It was such a lovely touch. This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are lovely, there are plenty of pools to choose from, there’s lots of things to keep everyone entertained, lots of things for the children to do and we’re already looking to book again for 2026! Thank you!
