Iberostar Selection Albufera Playa - All Inclusive

Our 4th time here at Iberostar Selection, usually stay at Park but this time at Playa. Positives: many restaurants to chose from although we stick with the main buffet ones and feel that there is always a great selection of food, which always tastes fresh and we love their theme nights especially Mexican and Asian; 4 pools however loungers by the main one have to be reserved with towels early in the morning, pool area is lovely and clean; great access to the beach with now better security; staff friendly and helpful; the whole resort is kept in an immaculate condition; wide range of activities; check in experience is good; rooms are standard what one would expect; good location by beautiful beach and a range of activities; bar and restaurant staff work extremely hard and always make us feel very welcome and looked after; good to see more lifeguards by the pools than previously; it would seem safer to prohibit guests from jumping into the pools; evening entertainment can be a but of a hit and miss - would be nice to see more family oriented entertainment rather than rock music; animation team generally lovely and work hard at entertaining guests although we have had our daughter thrown into the pool without her or our consent because they thought it was part of the fun; if bed sheets could be changed more than once a week that would be fabulous; amd my one pet hate - there is no need for occasional cushions to be on beds for hygiene reasons unless they get washed same as all other linen, which I doubt.
