We have just had the most wonderful few weeks at Pikes, We have been coming for the past 9 years and even though there are many changes, it was still as fabulous as ever! One of the big changes is that the capacity for the evening events has gone from 500 people to 1500 on some nights I believe. I have to take my hat off to the night management team Nick and Ebony, they are incredible at what they do. They are hosts to all guests and all the DJ’s, they are extra security and they manage front and back of house at the same time, they also defuse any problems seamlessly which sometimes can be happening every few minutes on a busy night. Nick and his Protege Ebony seem to go above and beyond their actual roles as Managers. As a hotel guest with all the extra people I admit I was a little concerned, but I am totally at ease and comfortable knowing that Nick or Ebony are always close by. In addition they are so incredibly helpful, supportive and such lovely people. Thank you to all the Pikes team for making this year one of the best ones ever! See you next year. X
