Driving through Spain with an old school buddy in my convertible Mercedes (1983 classsic - nothing falsh) we happened on Los Canos by happy accident. Tried a couple of Hostals - not too friendly. Drove into Mirimar, met manuel, not much English but we managed. Next day met Francisco, great person - the four of us got on really well and I learned "mucho Espanol" Stayed almost a month, loved the accommodation - clean, friendly and great location neat beach. Got a great discount when we finally left - great. Went back again three monthe later with my Mother and two daughters and they also loved the Hostal and the area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND MIRIMAR HOSTAL GOING BACK AGAIN IN oCTOBER
