Well maintained site. We couldnt get on the pitch allocated to us as it was too small for our van so they allowed us to have a wander round and choose a more suitable one. This might not of been possible in high season. The showers and toilets are spotless. Hot water is on a timer (7mins), which is plenty long enough. The pool complex is fantastic for kids.  Bar/ restaurant good. There is an entertainment area/stage. We didnt actually go to any entertainment. We didnt need to! It was very, very loud. The site is a good walk or cycle ride to the beach or into the town which is delightful. Plenty of bars, nice restuarants and shops. 

This is a large, well maintained park, with an excellent pool area. The sites vary in size, so make sure you are allocated a site that can accommodate your van. Even though we booked a large site, we couldn’t fit on the site assigned to us. However, the receptionist was helpful in finding a more suitable one. The sites are designed to offer privacy which is appreciated. The amenities are cleaned regularly so we always found them in very good condition. The only negative is that the site is a couple of kilometres out of the town and away from the beach. And if you are hoping to go to Cadiz for the day, as we did, it’s a half hour walk to the bus station in Conil, and then just over an hour on the bus after that. Check the bus timetable with reception as they don’t run regularly all day. Overall though, this was an enjoyable stay.

We stayed 7 nights. The facilities were clean with hot water in the showers . Only 1 hot water tap at the washing up sinks but once you got used to it wasn't a problem. Nice walk into the town with supermarket and other shops available. Pitches were a nice size, we don't have an awning but plenty did and there was ample room. Receptionists were all friendly. Small shop on site but only open in the morning (maybe longer in the summer?)

We bought our caravan down from the UK in December and stayed through until February. Many other Brits do similar trips with some staying on  until April. Facilities for caravans, motorhomes and even tents are very well accommodated with electrics etc. There are also bungalows to rent if you prefer not to camp. On site is a shop, but there are supermarkets nearby. Several toilet and shower blocks that are clean and well maintained are within easy reach across the camp as are washing facilities etc. There is a restaurant and bar on site with occasional live entertainment, weekly quiz and special food evenings if you fancy it. There are many great sight seeing locations within an easy drive including Cadiz, Jerez, Seville and Gibraltar to name just a few. If you prefer not to drive there is a bus station in town plus some trips are arranged directly from the camp depending on how many want to take them up. The staff here are very welcoming and helpful. I can't think of a reason to be in the UK winter when we could be enjoying the many sunny days and these uplifting blue skies.

On arrival we were checked in by Anna. Really pleasant experience very friendly and helpful.

The allocated slot was a bit far from the pool so Anna gave us a marked map showing available pitches. We chose one and started setting up...turned out this pitch was not included in our ASCI deal, however we were allowed to stay as we had set up already.

Campsite was excellent. Great facilities, clean modern toilet and shower blocks easy access to water taps. The restaurant was very good and reasonably priced again with friendly staff. All in all a great stay and would certainly visit again.

The beaches and surrounding area were also great, plenty of places to food shop and eat out or have a drink.

One point and no fault of the site was that due to the location the wind can be quite strong and enjoying the pool can be a bit chilly....but as I said not the fault of the site.

All in all a very enjoyable stay and a 9 out of 10.

We having been coming here for a number of years and this place just gets better.  Staff helpful. Site Pitches excellent.  Facilities dated but spotlessly clean.  Restaurant is also fantastic quality food not often used by campers but they are missing out.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, pitches are good as so is the wifi.  The facilities are absolutely spotless.  Probably the cleanest showers I've seen for ages.  They also have music playing while you shower but my singing can be a bit off key!

Stayed here for three nights in Feb24. It u it s easy to find and access from the road. The reception staff are efficient. The site is on a hill with mist pitches cut into the slope. Quite tightly packed, felt like a large car park. Lots of long term renters but it is well maintained and tidy. There are lots of services but many of them CD loses for the winter. The toilets, showers, laundry and shop were all good. We had 5K of electric per day. You pay more after that. There was a tsp right next to our pitch and plenty of bins. Grey and black waste removal was easy. You can walk into town in 39 mins but it was largely closed. The beach is very nice.

Despite what it looks like in the photos, this site is not next to the sea, it is a 20 min walk away.  Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay.  There were good facilities and the restaurant was good.  They had a special evening with a meal for 9Euros which was great, and a good way to meet other campers as it was served at one sitting.  They organised a coach trip to Gibraltar which was an easy way of visiting it.  
Pitches were spacious and set within trees and shrubs.  Even saw a hedgehog under one of the hedges!
The only thing we thought was a bit odd was there was no hot water in the washing up area.  We had to collect hat water from the next-door bathroon sinks.  Very strange.
We found it a great base to visit Cadiz, the wetlands around Cadiz (with flamingos and other wonderful birds) and other local sites.  We were in the minority though, as most people there in January didn't seem to venture far from the site.  They were staying for months and seemed to enjoy cycling in the local area and generally taking it easy and making the most of the mild weather.  

We stayed here in August ‘18 whilst touring Spain. As it’s main clients are Spanish there are some language difficulties, esp on check in but all very friendly.

Pro’s...
- fantastic location for beaches, Cadiz, Jerez or even Seville. Try Tarifa beach for a great surf spectacle.
- we had a double pitch which was large enough for motorhome, car and trailer.
- supermarket on site
- pool area is great. Beware it opens 11-3 and then 4-8 so you’re forced to have an hour break 3-4
- showers are tidy but timed to 7 mins of hot water
- the motorhome service point is huge and there’s a car wash on site 

Cons
- check in is a bit arduous: needing passports, lots of paperwork and bands that they have to physically attach themselves. Odd!
- receptionists spend their time taking phone bookings and so you’ll have to wait for them to be free even if it’s only you at reception. Feels a little unfriendly
- access to pitches is tight as there’s a lot crammed in to each “avenue” but that’s typical of Spain
- language barrier as you’re likely to be the only UK person there
- restaurant - it’s been said before but the service is blunt, the food is not good at all - even the Spanish didn’t seem impressed. Perfect if you just want a drink and a shame because it could be so much more. 
- above all if you want be asleep before 1am then this isn’t the site for you. Kids entertainment starts at 10pm and finishes at 00.30 if you’re lucky. One night it went on until 1.30am whilst we were there. Not just an Inconvenient background noise but concert volume 

We had a good stay but now need some quality sleep!!
