The first floor apartment exceeded our expectations and was the perfect base for our short stay in Cadiz. Our host Pilar was great, very helpful with all our questions and all the information that she provided was spot on. The arrival and departure process was very simple and there is a dedicated (free) short-stay parking spot on the main road about 100m from the property for unloading. Pilar recommended the Campo del Sur underground car park for longer-term parking, about a ten minute walk, and I think she was right. It cost 18 euro per day which seems to be the going rate in Cadiz. The apartment was more or less brand new inside, and the whole property has been renovated to a high standard. We loved the rooftop terrace which has table, chairs,couch and recliners plus a good view of the local, lively activity. Nowhere in the old city is more than a 30 minute walk away and some of the best attractions, restaurants etc are literally within 5 minutes walk. The facilities were very clean, modern and we were able to cook simple meals. In our 5 days there the apartment was cleaned and towels changed and I am sure that if we had wanted replenishment of supplies they would have been provided - there is someone there every day. All in all one of the best stays of this type we have had, and we would definitely stay again.
