On a trip with friends, we booked quiet and comfortable rooms in this super hotel. The bed is very good and the rooms are very clean and cozy. The reception was great thanks to the kindness of the receptionists and other hotel staff.

The hotel is conveniently located - you can go for a walk around and there are places to eat or shop, the rooms are comfortable and the restaurant with good food, the attention of the staff is excellent and they are very kind to help you in everything.

Well ubiquitous, beautiful place.

The hotel situation is very good. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They themselves call you the taxis so you don't have to wait in the rain. The room was good, there was a cafeteria, free water bottles. The breakfast was good, the only odd thing was the music in the afternoon.

Three days with a visit to the Prado and El Rey Leon.

I'm here for work. I recommend it because it's in a nice quiet area near the station to several shopping malls and dining areas. Taxi arrives in 5 minutes and the rooms are well kept wide and clean. It has no restaurant and breakfast is Spartan. I don't know the price.

The hotel is quiet, located 3 minutes' walk from a square surrounded by bars and restaurants and 5 minutes from the train station (for Madrid in particular). The rooms are large and clean, but the hotel lacks a little charm. No restaurant in the evening.

Good location, good price.

Located on the edge of the expressway but protected by a noise-free wall, this 3* hotel is only worth 2. The air conditioner was set on hot and it was impossible to cool the room. It would have gone cold in two weeks. It was particularly hot in the area that day. I had to sleep the window open and I heard the expressway.

Rather two stars than three.

I've stayed at this hotel for two nights, a great hotel not too far from the centre of Alcala, but very close to the train station and nearby there are many restaurants, the rooms are spacious and clean and the breakfast is excellent and the price is even better, to try for those in the area
