Although it is a little out of the way in the middle of fruit orchards (all year round you are provided with fresh fruit such as oranges, lemons, limes, etc.), it is ideal for relaxation and you can enjoy the peace of mind. The swimming pool, including the pool bar, a boccia train and a darts dish, which is located near the village of Albatera, is also a place of activity.

Very nice accommodation near Alicante

We decided to book La. Huerta, as we had an early morning UK flight, and decided to drive up the night before. We didn't expect anything like we found, and we were both extremely impressed with what the owners have achieved at this lovely rural b&b.
Jan & Inge made us feel part of the family from the moment we arrived, and having chosen to dine with them in the evening, the food prepared for my vegetarian partner was amazing....a rarity in Spain.
We will definitely return, and hope to meet the owners again, perhaps on a leisure break, but would highly recommend the property and wish them all the success they deserve with their adventure in Spain!!! (Apologies for the delayed review!)

Fabulous home from home

It's very convenient to get from Alicante in about 30 minutes. A parking lot for the rental car is right at the B&B. There was an opportunity to have dinner in the evening, which was certainly no mistake. If you need rest and want a good breakfast and maybe a perfectly organized dinner, this is the place to be. The B&B is run by a Dutch couple who are well-versed in gastronomy.

Relax, please!

Our room was small but OK.  The one our friends had was more spacious and all of them were very clean.  The rooms are as you can find them in all the better B&B's.  There is a large living room were the guests can have their breakfast and dinner in case weather conditions do not allow this outdoors.
There is also a swimming pool.  All around the main house and on the roof there are seats and tables which allow you to enjoy the nice Spanish weather, in private, even if the house is fully booked.  There are 3 honesty bars where the guests can take a drink themselves for very reasonable prices.
Inge and Jan really do their very best to make you feel at home and help you with whatever request you might have.
Breakfast is good with fresh fruit and fresh orange juice.  But where this B&B really excels is the dinner they offer.  For our holidays we always focus on good food but what Jan and Inge prepare for their guests is really good quality food, with exceptional value for money.
The location is quite and a car is really necessary to visit the nearby towns and coast.
We loved it and will definitly come back for more.

A wonderful holiday with exceptional food for dinner

My wife Sandra and I really enjoyed our stay in Rudi and Conny's beautiful and comfortable home. They are such wonderful hosts, great company and they can't do enough to help you.

The food is excellent - a range of home-made breads, pastries, yoghurt, jam and smoothies at breakfast and restaurant-quality fare with professional presentation at dinner. 

We'll be back to Alicante again soon and look forward to staying with them again - We feel like friends already!
