We stayed in a 2 bed apartment with our two children (4&7) for a week I made August. It's not clear when booking that the apartments don't have their own pool. However, this wasn't a problem as there are 3 pools very close which you can use and hire sunbeds/buy food and drink. Our apartment was ground floor in zone 4 and was great. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We ate out a lot but had enoug to do some pasta, beans on toast, breakfast, etc. There was a seating area with tables and chairs out the front and a small balcony out the back to dry clothes. Also a washing machine, but we didn't use that. Wifi is good too and free. Son Bou is beautiful, it's a lovely, clean, family friendly resort with a great beach. The resor isn't cheap Andy the supermarkets and restaurants compare to English prices. We didn't hire a car as Justin wanted a relaxing chilled week, with lovely weather we had a great time. The airport is only about Twenty minutes away. Menorca vacations were lovely, helpful and gave us some good tips to explore the area. We booked with TUI but would book direct next time as we didn't attend the welcome meeting and didn't need our rep.overall a perfect family holiday in the sun.
