We spent a wonderful sun-filled month at Club Paraiso in January-February 2023. 
The recently renovated, beautifully decorated apartment was located on the tenth floor, 2 bedrooms, spacious living room/kitchen, bathroom, and separate toilet. A well-equipped, quiet, and functional apartment we warmly recommend. The breathtaking scenery from the spacious balcony forms an additional space that we enjoyed every day.

We rented the apartment directly from the owner. All the information with photos about the apartment was sent to us in advance and everything was 100% accurate at our arrival. The landlady is the best possible, most helpful, always reachable, and shared great advice about excursion destinations and the environment in general. 

Friendly Club Paraiso staff took care of general cleanliness, supervision, and the garden. The pool area is big, clean, and well maintained. We always found a parking space in the private, supervised parking area for our rental car. During our stay here
we also had the pleasure of getting to know the other residents of the house, friendly and wonderful residents who were always nice to meet.

We highly recommend this apartment and the most wonderful Landlady in Club Paraiso, 
Playa Paraiso, Adeje, hoping we will have the opportunity to spend a month in this wonderful apartment again next year!

Tenerife - Amazing apartment in Playa Paraiso, Club Paraiso, Costa Adeje!

Arrived at apartment eventually after being given the wrong apartment number by the host. The apartment was dreadful to say the least, not been cleaned properly if at all.  No proper amenities for preparing food other than a sandwich. The complex was previously a hotel and the apartments were sold individually.  No bar or shops on site. When I contacted the owner he didn't want to know, just made ridiculous excuses. Don't book this apartment you will regret it. Advertised as suite club paraiso

Apartment 1315

No bin, washing machine and the TV doesn’t work. Beds are squeaky and there’s air conditioning in one room. Elevators are small.
Pools were dirty and someone pooped in the pool and no one cleared it for 4 days.
A Coca Cola at the bar is 1,50€ (expensive) and it’s not even a full bottle.
Although, apartments are ok, sun beds are free and rooms are spacious!!
I would come here again but I would definitely bring my own drinks from a supermarket to the pool with me (to save money) and I would avoid swallowing pool water. 

Good if ur on a budget

Please be advised this is not a hotel! And hasn’t been for a long time. The hotel has been sold off and is now all private residences. You are renting what is actually no better than an Airbnb place but paying Booking.com prices. This is wrong! There are no hotel facilities. One of the residents Junior has bought the pool area and transformed it into a great place to relax eat and drink. This is the only saving grace. Junior is great! But please read on... Place very difficult to find as it is not clearly signposted. When we called Adrian he was very helpful and gave us directions. Once we arrived we had to wait at a locked security gate for 15 minutes for Harley to let us in. We booked this through Booking.com and they stated payment could be made via card upon arrival. This wasn’t possible and they wanted cash and suggested accompanying me to a cash machine to take out the money this made me very uncomfortable and felt unprofessional. The toilet was not clean and dripped constantly. The bed had been slept in so we had to change the bedding ourselves. Fortunately there was clean bedding in the wardrobe. The towels were  very cheap bad quality brand new unlaundered. There was a washing machine in the apartment so we had to buy soap powder and wash them ourselves. When we took them out of the washing machine, lots of pink bits came off them making a mess everywhere. Even when we dried ourselves we had pink fluff everywhere! The shower is abominable! See pictures! Not very clean and very old. The extractor fan has something shoved into it. The sockets are all loose. The walls were marked and dirty. Way too much furniture everywhere. The sofa bed was broken and lobsided. The apartment had obviously previously been broken into and the door frame had a piece of 3x2 screwed to it which added to our discomfort as there is no safe. On the morning of our departure at 9:30am builders turned up to fit a new door frame and door. As we were eager to get away we were ready, fortunately! Honestly this was the worst place we have ever stayed in and we would never recommend!

Every thing here is closed down, pool bar only opens once a week (and dont even think about using the pool bar seating when the bar is closed .as the owners will shout abuse at you from the forth floor) No restaurant ( closed down) no shops (all closed down) the pool is not heated and ice cold, pool toilets and wash room were disgusting,  in a nut shell its all very run down with dog mess all over the car park and walkways ,. but our apartment on the 13th floor was clean and tidy, but the whole area is run down and a place to avoid

lovely and clean beautiful place only draw back it took 20 mins walk to get to everything down hill had to get cab back plenty to do there is a childrens club so the small ones are entertained kids pool and 2 adult pools
