The front desk staff are absolutely stellar. We were greeted with warmth and I had a package sent to the hotel. They remembered and brought it to me at check-in without me having to ask about it. It was really wonderful and made me feel valued as a guest :)The room was great (although, I don't love showers without full doors/curtains, so that was the only downside). I was shocked by how quiet it was. It made us feel like we had privacy and we were able to rest well without hearing other guests. There are convenience stores, McDonald's, Starbucks and 24-hour local restaurants all very nearby. It will take about 10 minutes to walk to the nearest train station, but if you're in a rush taxis are really affordable in South Korea. We felt safe and comfortable for our entire stay and we would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. Highly recommend Shilla Stay Seocho!
