The small rooms where there is only a bed. I got a room with a personal bathroom. Everything is very miniature, but it's not that I didn't like it. The room itself has been renovated for a very long time and, after that, it is cleaned, every time, superficially. This room, like the whole hotel, despite the daily cleaning, is always dirty. There is nothing in the room - bedding, towels and even toilet paper are missing. (I later asked for a reception and they gave me something) Breakfast was announced, but there were many also missing. One huge plus is the location. This is the most central and the sights can be reached on foot. Very close to the metro station, and there are even shuttle bus stops to the airport.

It's uncomfortable.

If you like grime come and stay here. Rooms are small and hot. No air con but there is a fan. The place is dirty. Showers have mould in them. Free coffee and use of kitchen if you can bear it. If the place had a deep clean it would be fine. If you want a cheap nights accommodation then it’s ok.

Needs a clean

If you like walking then this place is for you. It's walking distance to the city center myeongdong but that’s about it. 

It can be quite difficult to find because it's located in a back alley way. I was a bit worried when I arrived at night because everywhere was closed and the signage is easy to miss. 

The rooms are extremely small I'm not sure how they were able to get a trip advisor award. Its not clean either. The room was quite stuffy and security is also not very good since the front door would just be open all night. 

The washroom was really difficult to move around it was quite small. I wish there was a sauna or spa that was close by but Siloam was close enough. I spent a night there and also bathe there. 

Internet was not bad and some people were nice. If you're into minimum fees and small accommodation that doesn't suffer from claustrophobia then this is for you. 

Convenient location for bus. Not as advertised

The place is not near to the subway, maybe 20 minutes walking. The place is horrible but i suppose you get what you pay for. Bathrooms really bad. The rooms are divided by metal walls and you can hear everything. the bed are ridiculous small and the bed sheets are colorful and I really dont think were clean. I mean if you want to save money this is one of those places that you say "dam just for save a couple of dollars". But really try somewhere else. ehh I regreted

Please go somewhere else. But if you are a solo traveler and want to save money ehhh ok.

Rate very good for location. Namdaemun market is on the other side of the street. About 300m to Myeongdong area, about 1km to Seoul Tower, 15 walking minutes to Hoehyeon subway station. Recommend to solo traveler. Small room but ehhh... for the price.

Very nice for solo traveler

There's plenty of room, but we didn't have anything to compare. Located in the center, the City Hall metro station, 10-15 minutes from it to Korea National Estate No. 1-Gate Namdamun (Great South Gate).. We got to Namsan Park by bus No. 3 in half an hour, from there we walked in an hour.

It's not easy to climb up to the second floor.

Stayed in this place for 3 days, in a double room which costs us 160000 won in total. 

Positive Feedback: 
1) Great location and they provide brochures which provide information about tours around the city.

Negative Feedback:
1) Facilities was not as advertised. 24 Hour Business Centre was a computer which could not be turned on. Breakfast was a single loaf of bread which was to be shared with the 24 rooms. No orange juice, steamed rice or ramen (which was advertised for breakfast) was provided. There was no bathroom amenities provided, which is contrary to what was advertised.

2) Room was cramped and smelled of mildew. The lighting was dim and air circulation was terrible, as there was only a small window. The only source of air circulation was a fan, which can only be turned on for 2 hours maximum, at a single time. 

3) Staff were unfriendly and had a poor command of English.

4) There was only space for one person to barely open the luggage at one time. 

5)The walls are paper thin and could I could hear other occupants and people on the street speaking even with the windows closed.

6) Room floor was dirty and there was rubbish under the bed from the previous occupants. The towel rack was overflowing with hangers from the previous occupants.

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't

Room terrible small, door cannot be opened fully, could not open my luggage properly in the room. Room was stuffy, and had a unique odor, worst of all there was no air con in the room, only a portable fan. The staff was unfriendly and rude, complete with a poor attitude. The pictures are inaccurate and the rooms look nothing like them. The toilet was disgusting, it was dirty, and so small, I basically had to sit on the toilet bowl while bathing. Furthermore, the walls were slimy, and the neighborhood was questionable. The showers had hot water, but only hot water, had to let the water run for a few minutes before it was bearable. Breakfast consists of a single loaf of bread with jam which operates on a first come first serve basis, no sign of the orange juice or ramen they promised on their website. For beds, they only provided a single comforter, blanket and a pillow, which i seriously doubt had been washed beforehand, judging from the smell. The "24 hour business centre" aka the computer complete with wifi was not working at all. Wifi connection there was intermittent as well, we had to depend on our 3g almost all the time.Our room had a pillar in the middle of the room, my bed was basically a cave with only a small opening to enter.

Terrible

A nice hotel, that's what I wanted. A room of five square meters. Sitting on the toilet you can reach the phone that's on the TV. A ring one 30x40cm. No windows. One small window in the hallway. It's annoying. There's a fan.

This is a super-extreme hotel.

One of the first hostels booked by booking when looking for cheap accommodation near Mondon. I'll tell you right away that it's worth its money, at least because of its location: Nandamune across the road, Mondon there, Lotte by the side, transport hub, shops, cafes, pharmacies, ATMs, subway, famous gates and much more. For the same money you won't find anything better (by geolocation). We stayed in a hotel for 3 nights, breakfast is classic for hostels and coffee.
