This is a really good serviced apartment in the heart of Seoul's coolest district which is Cheong-dam. Walking distance to pretty much everywhere in the area, and conveniently located on Cheong-dam junction. Rooms are nice, clean, and well serviced. My favourite in the area.

We stayed for 2weeks there. It was great location to stay, middle of gangnam. The convinence store was just down stair.
The apartment were bit old but the flat had a big space.  Housemaid came everyday to clean - bathroom and kitchen.  


I like this place very much as it is in Gangnam area. Very warm and quiet rooms. Absolutely worth of money. very ideal for people who stay over a week. There are a lot of beautiful shops, cafes and restaurants all around the area. This is my second time here and decided to write this review for this place. I will come back again.

I had an excellent experience at this place. Rooms are very nice very well equipped. Receptionists guys are all kind and answering all your questtions. I had such a warm and lovely time at this place and looking forward to stay here on my next visit with my girlfriend.

I was happy staying here.

For the first few days, I stayed there with my wife and baby daughter. For the remaining days, I stayed there alone. The room had a heated floor just like most Korean resident places, and I believe my daughter liked it.

This definitely does not feel like a hotel. It felt like you're staying at your friend's place as opposed to a professionally managed hospitality house. Really, I got the impression that there are some people residing in this building. The furniture and decoration setup was not like that of a hotel decorator, but of a person with average taste.

The problem was the bathroom, which often smelt weird. I survived it by keeping the bathroom door shut.

Overall, I had comfortable stay there, and thought I could live there for months. I'd consider this place for my next visit to Kangnam, and would recommend this place to my friends.

Misc: Good wifi connection. The room even had a desktop computer, but I used my laptop instead. Great laundry machine. Good fridge. Working microwave machine. Good food delivery from nearby restaurants. Convenience store in the building open 24hrs
