Hostel the style in Hongdae

The location of the hostel was great, it's near the exit of metro stop Hongik University and 10 minutes walk to Hongdae centre. There's a convenience store on the other side of the street. The room was okay. 

There is a pub under the hotel. I stayed on the 4th floor (highest floor) and even then I could clearly hear the music. Also, the walls of the room are pretty thin. The bed was really hard and uncomfortable, but I solved it by folding the blanket around me. But the area was great, so I enjoyed my stay here :)

Fine for a few nights, good location

Quite convenience, it is located in between 2 exits of Hongdae Station. 
If you take the AREX from/to airport, better go to exit 3, otherwise would be exit 2.
There are many restaurants close by. 
The hostel also serve light breakfast.

The only problem for us is our twin room's drain is not working well.

Value for money, location is also good.

It's a clean, central hotel, but the room was one of the worst I've ever had. It's a little one that didn't even involve a person with a suitcase, two can't sit there, the bed stuck in the wall and the air conditioning pointed to the bed without any chance of escaping the jet.

It wouldn't even be a ball.

A good choice of quality-price hostel. Located in a quieter neighborhood of Seoul. Close to the metro. Accommodation with everything needed and a bed with a good mattress, comfortable!! Korean style bathroom. Air conditioning, courtesy coffee. Good breakfast, with varied bakery, juice and coffee. Personal friendly!!

Another option!!

We stayed in this hostel at the beginning and at the end of our stay in South Korea. We liked it very much for two reasons: the location and the welcoming staff. We booked a very nice double room. It was a big room with lots of space. The mattress was very hard, though. But in general, we loved it.

The neighborhood is just very nice and friendly. The hostel is in walking distance from the main street in Hongdae, where young street artists perform and good restaurants offer very good food. The metro station is also in walking distance.

The lady at the reception was very very very nice. We felt like VIP. We liked staying in this young and modern hostel.

It is close to a MRT station and a shopping area.
However, It is quiet during night time.
The room is clean. I also love the common area with microwave to prepare my meals.
The service is nice and staff are friendly.
The cafe offer nice breakfast.
That is a good choice when staying in Seoul.

Comfy stay

We stayed here for two nights, and both times our experience was similar. Check-in was quick, the staff spoke good English, and access to the hostel and rooms is by a key card, which I prefer since it's more secure. After checkout, we were able to store our luggage till our next check-in which was in a few days, and I appreciate that. 

Rooms were fully-furnished with a fridge, kettle, TV and the usual frills of a hotel,and beds were clean. The toilet was also bigger than what you usually get at budget accommodations in Korea, so that was a plus. 

It's about a 5-10 min walk from Hongdae, but the surrounding area has bars, lots of different eateries, convenience stores if you are the sort who tends to get peckish at night! Also it's nearby a really cool coffee place that we wanted to visit but unfortunately had no time. 

Would stay again!

Good bargain, would recommend!

I love the great location, surrounded by many cafes, bars and restaurants. It was crowded especially during weekend. The room we stayed was small but very clean and the bathroom was exceed my expectation which was looked so luxurious. The breakfast was less varieties which was just toast and coffee. They also provided us with daily cleaning for room services. Overall this hostel is highly recommended to stay.
