Super beautiful hotel overlooking water and beach. Nice view of volcanic mountain. Wonderful breakfast and nice downstairs coffeehouse with baked goods. Staff was very friendly.

Definitely a hidden gem. Beautiful hotel by the waterfront and nice design. Highly recommended if you are looking for a zen stay!

Hard to describe how great our stay was. Everything was perfect. I wish I had booked for longer and we are determined to come back. Thanks for everything!

Hotel with perfect ocean viewI like the style of the interior design

Book it, you won’t regret. We are discerning yet we were quite impressed with all aspects of our stay.

Wonderful place, with a great view on the sea. Very quiet and relaxing. Client service could be largely improve, with a staff understanding English and able to say Yes to little request. American breakfast need to be change from one day to another. Service and rules are very strict and too rigid.

Amazing service and the view was breathtaking! Worth booking! Recommend 10/10

Very nice hotel but the staff work at odd hours. There is no one at the checkin counter (in fact it’s blocked off with a barrier) outside of the times of 3:30 to 8:30pm. You can ask for help at the restaurant upstairs but they don’t open until 9am. To check out we just left our keys in our room because there was no staff in the hotel when we left at 8am. Breakfast hours are 9-10am only, which delays the start to your day, and you can’t choose your food (only choice is between Korean and Western, what those include is a mystery). The food is ok but the menu is the same everyday. The hotel food from their restaurant (lunch and dinner) is good and has a wide selection. The view is beautiful. If you want room service, you can call them and place an order but you have to pick it up from the restaurant yourself and carry it through the parking lot. Worth the effort though.

Almost perfect

This was a beautiful property with an amazing view. The only thing that wasnt great was the fact that the front desk is only open during the day. We had to checkout early but there were no instructions on how to do so if front desk isnt open. Was a bit of a hassle to figure out, so perhaps if they can have that information somewhere, it would be better. Otherwise excellent hotel, would definitely stay again.

We wanted to enjoy the view during the evening, before heading to another restaurant and it was not possibleAlso, the breakfast options were limited with only american or korean menu, with no sweet options and only coffee or tea for drink. no milk chocolate was possible.

Great hotel and views over the coast!

Very nice hotel in a great location close to the sea. The rooms a nice and clean. A highlight is the jacuzzi inside of the room. The breakfast is somehow unusual. Instead of a classical buffet you need to choose between a korean and an american/englisch breakfast on the day before. The breakfast itself is very delicious but it is served exactly the same each day. Some variations would be nice.However can greatly recommend!

Celebrated our wedding anniversary with a 5-night stay at Zen Hideaway and it was a wonderful experience. From the easy check-in (and check out process) to the impeccable service staff to the room with amazing view - we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you also for the champagne and cake for our anniversary. This isn’t our first trip to Jeju but this one’s the best so far!

Fabulous stay at Zen Hideaway!

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The place has an amazing view and it was clean, well-furnished and aesthetically pleasing. Location wise, it is close to quite a number of restaurants, convenience stores and attractions if you’re driving. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who would like to wake up to the sound of the ocean and be able to enjoy the sunrise and sunset at the comfort of your own home.

Fabulous property on the sea front in the lovely village of Seogwipo (SW Jeju). Stayed here 4 night in ground floor room with access to own patio and the pool terrace 
Room was a v comfortable suite with lounge area , fridge and large bed. 
Access to excellent restaurant serving wide range of cuisine. Had excellent mussels , pizza pasta 
Only disappointment was the beautifully presented American breakfast was served tepid 
Highly recommend this property for its amenities location and staff

My favourite hotel on Jeju! I love everything about Zen Hideaway. Thos stay however I would say the room felt in need of a little attention. This is unusual. My sink had a crack, a hook was falling off the wall and the side floor was loose. Enjoy the view, the bath and the breakfasts. I do wish breakfast could be later than 9am. It’s so early!

Room with a view

Incredible! Such a unique setting our room was beautiful. Lots of windows with amazing sea views. We slept with the doors open listening to the sound of the waves. It was too cold to use the pool, but it is stunning and also has amazing views. The restaurant is always fabulous, but this was my first time having breakfast there. This was nice as it was so quiet with only guests eating there then. I really hope I can stay again.
