Hi, I just remember that I haven't kept my promise to write a review about Hostel Lyndon..
Well, I really satisfied during my stay.
Beside the good location, the breakfast and the service were also awesome.
Credit to the staff Soo Yeon unnie (I don't exactly know to write her name *sorry if I mistaken)
She really helped us a lot..
I recommend this hostel if you're going to Jeju City..

Cozy place to stay

Really disappointed with this place. 
The staff were very rude. When we asked for any suggestions (it was lunar New Year so we didn't know what will be open, where to eat,etc), the girl just said "I don't know, you'll have to go see" without trying at all. There were 2 female staff, on their phones all the time, and they never greeted anyone. 
Also, one of the mornings, a couple came down 10 minutes after breakfast was finished and asked if they could get something anyways and she LAUGHED at them. I was so surprised! 
After this I didn't ask for anything else. 

The hostel itself was really nice, but our bed (bunk) was incredibly creeky. Every movement we made was super loud. I slept really poorly. 

Breakfast was also a sad affair... toast with only jam, no butter, and only 1 egg. Only 1 egg! What the heck. 

All in all, wouldn't stay here again. I'm pretty salty about the whole thing. 

Rude staff, creaky bed

its normal average hostel, not so bad place to stay. i could use clean towel everyday. but security was very weak.
i send a lot of e-mails this hostel, but they didnt reply me.(Im sure) when i arrived then i realized why, because reception stuff was terrible. he was always playing internet game or calling mobile, and ignored guets question, even he answered it was only 'i dont know'. this is not only my idea, other guests also said same things. 
and breakfast is meaning toast and raw egg. very poor... i had to cook by myself.

terrible reception stuff

This is my second time stay at Lyndon.
I was very satisfied with my first stay,everything was better than my expected.
However, I have a very awful experience this time.

First, air conditioner is very weak,even thought I tried to set to 18 C .  It is unbearable under very hot summers.

Secondly, there is still some food and water left by previous guest in refrigerator in my room. Ref is not clean. You can just see my pictures.

Don't stay here at summer at least.
I  am totally regret my decision to stay here.

Very awful experience 

After a full day of sightseeing starting from 6am, I returned to the hostel around 5pm and to my horror, my room door was wide opened. I questioned the staff at the reception and he said sorry and that it won't happen again but he couldn't explain why the door was opened. I checked out immediately even though I have 2 more nights. Safety and privacy are more important. I am glad the hotel I moved to is very pleasant and I have a good time at Jeju.
