Elvis and his wife are very friendly and welcoming, The guesthouse is clean, well equipped, breakfast items well stocked. There is a nice walking park behind the complex. Shops and restaurants within walking distance.

I had an issue with my flight ticket so I needed an extra overnight at Seoul but I wanted something near airport so save some money .. this was the best choice I could ever made...since they include the transfer IN and the OUT... also you have the fridge under your hand with eggs, butter, bread and differents stuff... which means breakfast but also something like snack. Near the house there is a park and the beach so it was so nice to have a walk in town. People very nice and the place is amazing )even the doggy outside ,,).

It has a really nice park in the neighborhood, the owner is really nice and there are enough facilities. In the neighborhood you will find many restaurants in all price ranges. It's only a 10 minute walk!

Staying at Elvis B&B was a delight. Elvis and his wife are very attentive and took good care of us. The airport pickup was very convenient. We just went to the information desk and asked them to help us call Elvis' phone number. Then we waited about 10 minutes for Elvis to arrive and take us back to his B&B. The second time we stayed here we felt comfortable enough with the area to walk to his house after he dropped us off at a nearby restaurant and helped us order dinner. The house is in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes walk from a downtown-like area with lots of restaurants and a convenience store. The bedrooms themselves are a little cramped because of the large bed frames, but everything is clean and organized. Being able to make our own breakfast was also nice. Elvis' wife makes her own jam, which was delicious on toast.

We were fortunate to find this guest house at 22:30 on a forced Saturday night stayover due to a 10 hour delayed flight. It is quite near the beach at the north of Incheon, and just 10 – 15 minute drive from the airport. Our host picked us up and graciously offered to take us to a take-out place before going to the house, but we decided not to. It turned out that our host provides eggs, bread and homemade strawberry jam, along with water, milk and juice. The guest accommodation is possibly two bedrooms, with a shared bath, kitchen and living area. The spaces are quite large so would be comfortable if both rooms are rented. We were the only ones there for our stay. The house is quiet anyway. Our room had a double and a single bed, both comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The wi-fi worked very well. The next morning our host returned us to the airport early (again free) so we could catch the train to our ultimate destination.

So I purposely took a red eye from Bangkok to Incheon to see my friends from South Korea. What that meant was a 12 hour layover in Seoul/Incheon. My flight left Bangkok at 11pm and landed around at 6am. I tried to get into the Darakhyu Capsule Hotel in the brand new Terminal 2 at ICN Incheon Airport. They didn't take reservations for 6 or 7 am which left me outside the capsule hotel thinking of ways to find a quick place to take take a nap/rest as I was very tired. I checked with the airport information desk and was given a card for Elvis B&B. The capsule hotel charges 30,000KRW for 3 hours and Elvis charges 40,000KRW for one night. All the alternatives (airport hotels etc) were much more. I contacted Elvis via skype and 10-15 minutes later he picked me up. He also gave great instruction about the B&B and the amenities. Elvis also dropped me off at Unseo station which is on the a'rex airport subway line which was very convenient, approx 1hr to seoul. The room he provided was a nice clean double bed room and a short person's bathroom (he provided entry to a more suitable washroom for taller people like myself). The bed has a heating blanket which was awesome as there was a slight draft from the outside. The bathroom is the typical korean standard washroom(reading previous comments, it's part of culture shock and korean design in houses). I'm grateful there's Elvis B&B for transit passengers like myself. It's economic, clean, and safe. The location is in a nice area in Incheon. I only used his accommodations for a nap and I left a few hours later.

Staff very helpful. Normally pick you up at Airport. Flight arrived at 3 AM. I got a taxi without calling. It’s a ma and pop operation. I thought it too much to ask. My room had a stocked refrigerator for cook your own breakfast

Was in Incheon on business and this place was great, although in a residential area, just a 15 minute walk into the city. Bus stop very close though. Also, 2 blocks away was a nature park with a bridge right to the ocean for great picture taking and sunsets. No beach there. Hosts were great and provided a fridge with all the essentials for making breakfast in your own kitchen (at least the room I got). WiFi spot on and lots of tv channels, a few in English!

Clean, comfy stay

Although it was just a short stay, we were so happy with the experience.  The owner pick us up at the airport only 10 minutes after our call.  The room was big and clean.  The sheets were fresh smelling and clean.  The breakfast was nice and sufficient.  The owner informed us of transport facilities to go around, drove us to shopping center and so polite and courteous.  Overall, excellent.  We would gladly recommend this hotel to friends.

Excellent stay.

Great experience!  I hesitated to book because I was traveling alone and haven't stayed in a guest house before.  But, they had so many good reviews that I decided to try it.The owner met me at the airport and took me to the guesthouse (in a pretty, residential area).  He walked me through the living area and explained the guidelines.  I loved the kitchen option where I was able to make eggs and toast (with homemade jam) for breakfast in the morning.  Most hotels in the area don't offer breakfast.They told me about what to do in the area.  There is a shopping area you could walk to, a trail to hike, or go to the ocean.  It is also easy to get downtown to Seoul.  Since checkout is at 11am, I went to the airport first, and then went downtown.Very pleasant experience.  Will stay with them again if I have another long layover in ICN airport.

Great guesthouse experience

Elvis provides free shuttle from the airport.  Take your shoes off at the door.  Beds are clean, shower water is hot, and the homemade jam for the thick sliced toast, is excellent.  Locks on all doors, and neighborhood is safe.  Was 20 degrees Fahrenheit during my visit, though looks as if Elvis is also a gardener.  I bet the garden looks great during the growing season.   I was warm, felt safe, relaxed, and slept well.  Many thanks, Elvis.  Should I ever pass through again, I will not hesitate to give you a call.  Warm, thank you.

affordable, comfortable, and safe

This cute little guesthouse is located on a little island within a 3 min walking distance to the ocean and a nice park. The guesthouse owners are an older Korean couple who are very nice and accommodating. My room was large with two beds it's own bathroom and it's own little kitchen which was very convenient. There was free breakfast of eggs you can cook up, toast, juices and water all stocked up. They had tea and coffee ready along with the wife's homemade strawberry jam  which was very tasty!The owner took his time explaining all about the room, what was around to do and had maps and wifi to use. I would defiantly stay here again and hopefully for longer next time!

Comfortable guesthouse near the ocean

First, I would like to compliment you and say I LOVE your property.  After a long month of work, this place is perfect for resting.  I have everything I need, and more, and everything is very clean.  I am jealous of your garden, and the tomatoes you shared with me were so very delicious and sweet!  I already plan on returning next year after my work in Mongolia.
