I stayed 2x, 1st upon arrival and 2nd on departure. Ist room had small cockroaches. 2nd was good and had a massage chair. No lobby - go to 208 to check in. Free wifi, tv, frig, microwave and washer. Free pickup/drop off from Terminal 1. Digital lock system.

Not bad hotel

We arrived on slightly before midnight flight and the place still kindly give us free ride to the place. We call as instructed from airport phone stand and the van did arrived in 10 minutes. The owner is friendly and speaks English well. It will be borderline impossible to find your room if you arrived by yourself to the place unless you are with the owner as it is actually a number of flats turned into guest room. The room itself is great for the price as your can see it has 3 wide bed, can actually fit 6 people comfortably for KRW 55,000, it is considered dirt cheap for South Korea. Several restaurants and convenience store on the ground floor open until late at night, so if you're not picky with food there won't be a problem. Otherwise outside the place seems to be a bit deserted part of town. We are only staying for one night after a long flight, so it is a very fair deal. After checkout we asked to be brought back to the airport to take the metro to downtown Seoul, which he gladly helps.

Odd but served the purpose.

Basically an apartment/condo that is rented. Almost like AirBNB. Convenient. The manager is very friendly and helpful. He is also the transportation to and from the hotel. Although I find it easier to use the Incheon shuttle bus to get to the hotel, and then use the hotel transportation to get back to the airport. Have stayed a couple of times. Will stay again.

Clean, Neat, Large, Convenient to Incheon Airport

This hotel delivers when it comes to the important things.  The location is excellent and the shuttle service prompt and reliable.  The staff member that we dealt with was very pleasant and there are many places to eat close by.  The bed was comfortable and the linen fresh. My only negative comment is that I feel the room is very lacking when it comes to kitchen amenities.  We were supplied with four coffee mugs only - no plates or utensils, which would be appreciated.  Other than that, good choice for short stay.

Mostly positive !

This place is a bit strange. It is not in a hotel, rather a multi-function building. There are no signs anywhere in the lobby indicating where a check in desk is located. I did not even know if I was in the right place. After walking around for ten minutes, I called & was told that someone would be there in ten minutes and to meet at the "front desk, which is located in a guest room on the 2nd floor. Upon returning to the hotel two weeks later, I ran into the same problem with no one manning their "front desk." An employee of another business in the building called the manager to come and meet us.

I booked this place because my husband and I had been working in freezing cold Korea for 6 months and were taking a trip to Thailand, so I needed a place to store our winter gear for the duration of our trip. We had two large suitcases, one small suit case, & a ski bag. When we walked in the man at the desk was appalled that we had "too much." I informed him that we had spent 6 months in the country and would be returning to the hotel in two weeks, also the reason I booked it in the first place was because it advertised luggage storage. He huffed and puffed and eventually agreed to store our four bags for about $30USD. 

We stayed here one night before our trip and one night upon returning to South Korea. Both rooms were completely different set ups. They both had full kitchens, with a large fridge, stove top, microwave, and washing machine, but no dishes or utensils. Both of the bathrooms smelled like cigarettes and poop.

They also only offer transfer to/from the hotel when convenient for them. They would only drop us at the airport at noon for a 7:30pm flight. 

There are a handful of restaurants within walking distance. You can also take the metro from the airport into Seoul.

odd place

This establishment is well worth the price for a night over at the airport. It’s only a five minute drive to the airport and they offer free shuttle service. 

The room is spacious and there are many restaurants on the ground floor to choose from to include a convenience store. 

I would stay here again. 

Very Nice

Very nice double room with 2 king size beds 10 minutes from the airport free shuttle service or bus service at the foot of the building although close to the airport very good isolation (our room was on the 12th floor) we could barely hear the planes only bemool... nice kitchen available but no blankets or glasses... thankfully we had our meal planned... and I had my disposable sticks...

Good service

It's a great place to spend the night between flights. We were with little kids, they don't have baby beds, even on a pre-order. The rooms are large, spacious, there are dishes and microwaves. On the first floor there's a good cafe where you can bake meat. And everything is very tasty. Transfer from the airport to the hotel and back is free, all on time, a comfortable big minibus.
