192 reviewsthe sun cruise resort has two ships on land that are connected. would highly recommend staying at beach cruise side which is newer , has valet and is closer to the restaurants. we stayed at the superior villa which has its own pool deck and massively large rooms. the hotel buffet food was just and we usually ate out. there are plenty of restaurants that are walking distance and we especially loved the grilled clams. the old sun cruise side doesn't even have a bell / luggage service and you have to lug your bags in yourself. the older sun cruise side does have the revolving bar and buffet as well as infinity pool as well as convenient stores but it's also connected. one very annoying part was the gated doors which only allows for 1 entry per card and constantly jammed and physically even struck on our kids or family . overall interesting place and worth the splurge on the rooms with a pool deck.
